Electric Vehicle Charging Business Development Manager

This is an exciting and unique opportunity on the Polish market for sales professionals (m/f) with proven track in electric vehicle charging solutions and sales.

 

At Landis+Gyr, you will responsible for all business development activities for Etrel’s SW and HW products, developing into key account management activites; will be the primary contact person for Etrel’s customers located in territory. The incumbent reports directly to the Country Head of Sales and has a dotting line withing the EV Charging divison/Etrel business.

 

Business Development involves:

  • Searching, identifying and developing new market opportunities withing the territory;
  • B2B sales and consulting;
  • Customer segmentation and profiling (strategic and key clients);
  • Primary contact person for assigned customers;
  • Managing the sales process from identifying market opportunity until signing a contract or otherwise handing over the case to the Etrel’s sales department;
  • Assisting in preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Etrel’s marketing department or external partners;
  • Preparing and carrying out market research within the Territory; 
  • Monitoring relevant regulations, standardizations, subsidies, and other relevant particularities within the Territory; 
  • Regularly monitoring customers’ satisfaction, gathering information about customers’ needs and requests;
  • Updating sales activity monitoring system with latest relevant information;
  • Promotion of client’s services and products and finding the best solutions for customers’ needs in cooperation with Etrel;
  • Presenting Etrel at international & local conferences and fairs;


Key Account Management involves:

  • Managing B2B key partners within the Territory, supporting existing and new B2B customers within the Territory, managing cooperation with new customers entirely;
  • Carrying out teleconferences and meetings with existing and new business partners;
  • Managing the presentations of a system solution to the existing and new business partners;
  • Detailed knowledge of Etrel's product portfolio, providing the employee to manage projects independently;
  • Preparation of offers and managing orders;
  • Managing or assisting in and preparing tender documents and the offers for tenders;
  • Cooperating with Etrel’s development project managers, support and sales department;
  • Assisting in implementing and adapting marketing and sales strategies;
  • Participating in pre-sales activities and in the development of business;
  • Cooperating with and exchanging good practices with other Client’s departments;
  • Reporting;

 

Key Performance Indicators will include:

  • Customer Relationship Management effectiveness
  • EBITDA
  • Cash Flow
  • Lead Generation

 

An ideal candidate would bring:
Relevant local market knowledge and/or technical expertise in the field and iterest and knowledge of energy and electromobility; Distinct "sales" soul"; strong communication abilities; excellent analytical skills; a sense of business thinking, responsibility for completing work commitments and projects, and a willingness to acquire additional skills; ability to work independently and make decisions; and cope with unexpected situations; Responsiveness and adaptability to a rapidly changing market environment; skills in preparing written texts and presentation products;

 

Possible locations: Poznań, Warszawa, Katowice, other base locations in the region can be considered.
