Job Summary: Key Accounts Executive
Sells products and services to key accounts in North America with particular emphasis on existing customer base. Uses industry knowledge, technical acumen, organizational and customer relationships to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to best meet their business needs. Manages account relationship and practice consultative selling techniques to maximize revenue from large accounts and drive future backlog growth. The preferred candidate will be located in the Midwest due to customer location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meets quarterly and annual quotas for sales revenue, new order bookings, the development of new accounts and the sale of major deployment commitments to existing key accounts
• Keeps all account records and data bases up-to-date and provides management with regular and special reports as required (familiarity with Microsoft CRM or like system desired)
• Works with technical support personnel, product management and other company personnel to provide consultative services to customers and representatives relating to configuration, use, operation, and maintenance of equipment that will be purchased
• Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers.
• Manage relationships with partner vendors, where applicable, that are part of specific account solution offer.
• Manages productive working relationships with key accounts.
• Support and adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
Education and Experience:
Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ to 5; 2 to 3 years business-to-business experience selling high ticket, high technology products or services.
• Ability to persuasively communicate value propositions to prospective customers resulting in the successful closure of the majority of opportunities pursued
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand technical information, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to work independently and influence outcomes in a virtual work environment
• Personal Computer knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Keyboard/typing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites, industry events and corporate office.

Pay is in the range of $142,303 - $189,159 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
