Position Summary
The Director, Security Solutions is responsible for developing and communicating Security-related product solutions in concert with customers and prospective customers, representing the voice of the customer, developing value propositions, and ensuring delivery across the Security Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and communicating product solutions
•    Responsible for bringing Security solutions to the market by collaborating with the Landis+Gyr (L+G) Sales and product teams to assist customers in understanding the offerings and the value around the offerings.
•    Responsible for understanding current and future critical infrastructure distribution space from a cyber security and compliance requirements perspective and devising options for additional solutions to the space.
•    Responsible for understanding industry needs and current solutions, and working with current L+G product and development teams to turn opportunities into offerings
•    Identifying, understanding, and staying abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure current and future solutions are compliant

Representing the voice of the customer
•    Responsible for meeting with L+G customers and prospective customers to understand security challenges, needs, and opportunities, documenting the information, and sharing it with the security product and development teams.
•    Responsible for meeting with utilities, solutions providers, and other industry stakeholders in the critical infrastructure space to understand challenges, needs, and opportunities and to inform future solution development and bring new solutions to market.
•    Responsible for exploring and validating additional markets where L+G Security Solutions can be extended to.
•    Responsible for representing L+G in trade and industry, while evangelizing security offerings and services.

Solution Delivery and Support
•    Responsible for partnering with the L+G Customer Delivery and the Software and Services teams to ensure solutions are being implemented properly and delivered as expected
•    Responsible for working with L+G security operations team to streamline support and ensure proper understanding of customer support needs.
•    Responsible for driving solutions with customers to meet/exceed revenue and MRR targets.

Education and Experience
•    10+ years’ experience in working in cyber security industry or having cyber security responsibilities.
•    5+ years’ experience in companies that offer cyber security services
•    5+ years’ experience in developing and managing security products and services.  Security products targeted to critical infrastructure a plus.
•    3+ years’ experience in managing product P&L
•    BA or equivalent knowledge / training

Security Certifications (eg: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC) preferred but not required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
•    Expert knowledge of all areas of cyber security
•    Experience managing and developing IT and Cyber Security products and solutions
•    Expert knowledge of IOT and OT environments
•    Technical experience across critical infrastructure
•    Excellent communication and writing skills
•    Ability to work independently

Pay is in the range of $143,00 to $223,740. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
