We are searching for a Technical Specialist to join our EMEA team, who can provide Technical Product Support for the Iberian market in Spanish and English (Spain and Portugal) relating to: Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Grid Metering, Support Software and Smart Grid products from our Residential and ICG Business Units to external customers within the electricity generation and distribution industry.
You will be responsible for:
•    Technical Customer Support
•    Customer training
•    Sales Support
   o    Customer Requirements
   o    Product Field Performance
   o    Product Testing
•    Product Management support
   o    Support on new product approvals from Customers
   o    Support on new product approvals from external Labs
   o    Internal validation tests
