We are currently looking for a Portfolio Lifecycle Management Lead. 
The position is located in Sevilla, Spain. 

Your main areas of responsibility: 

• Market Positioning and Development:
  • Position the company in current markets and develop new ones.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in EMEA and beyond.
  • Develop a partner ecosystem.

• Program and Product Management:
  • Understand customer pain points and define portfolio strategy and roadmap.
  • Explore competitive landscape and own the business case for the portfolio.
  • Manage requirements engineering and business cases.
  • Oversee product roadmaps and market launch plans.
  • Handle ICG portfolio lifecycle management and development with R&D.

• Sales and Collaboration:
  • Support and train sales teams.
  • Foster strong collaboration with project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead activities across business units to develop end-to-end solutions.

• Project Management:
  • Lead projects from idea to realization, including requirement analysis, design, approvals, industrialization, and launch,
  • Manage customer projects and change management.
  • Escalate issues timely and effectively for fast decision-making.

Your profile: 

• Electrical engineer degree with strong business administration knowledge
• Strong experience in customer focus, strategic thinking and market understanding
• Product portfolio leadership experience and skillset, high level of accountability
• Able to sucessfully work in a matrix organisation with international & remote teams, and lead / participate in customer negotiations
• Work language is English, additional languages as French, Spanish, German are a strong plus
