We are currently looking for a Portfolio Lifecycle Management Lead.
The position is located in Sevilla, Spain.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Market Positioning and Development:
- Position the company in current markets and develop new ones.
- Build strong relationships with key customers in EMEA and beyond.
- Develop a partner ecosystem.
- Program and Product Management:
- Understand customer pain points and define portfolio strategy and roadmap.
- Explore competitive landscape and own the business case for the portfolio.
- Manage requirements engineering and business cases.
- Oversee product roadmaps and market launch plans.
- Handle ICG portfolio lifecycle management and development with R&D.
- Sales and Collaboration:
- Support and train sales teams.
- Foster strong collaboration with project managers and key stakeholders.
- Lead activities across business units to develop end-to-end solutions.
- Project Management:
- Lead projects from idea to realization, including requirement analysis, design, approvals, industrialization, and launch,
- Manage customer projects and change management.
- Escalate issues timely and effectively for fast decision-making.
Your profile:
- Electrical engineer degree with strong business administration knowledge
- Strong experience in customer focus, strategic thinking and market understanding
- Product portfolio leadership experience and skillset, high level of accountability
- Able to sucessfully work in a matrix organisation with international & remote teams, and lead / participate in customer negotiations
- Work language is English, additional languages as French, Spanish, German are a strong plus
