To design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Integral Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001,  or other applicable), customer requirements, and organizational goals for process excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Integral Management System (IMS).
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.
• Provide training and awareness programs related to quality systems and standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects and process standardization initiatives.
• Conduct a preliminary investigation of the root cause and be part of the team that generates action plans to attack the identified causes.
• Guide and coaching QRQC/CAPA Owners on the execution and creation of the Root Cause Analysis form
• Review and approve research related to quality system improvements.
• Acting as Quality Approver for QRQC/CAPA
• Ensure Engineering Changes (ECR/ECN) are implemented in full compliance, with proper documentation, validation, and traceability

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.0).
• Internal and external auditing practices.
• Quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D).
• Process documentation and control.
• Strong experience in solving problems using 8D
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years in quality systems management, auditing, or compliance (manufacturing industry preferred).
