Document Control Specialist / Document Controller

Ensure the proper management, control, update, and safeguarding of all technical, operational, quality, and administrative documentation within the organization, guaranteeing its availability, integrity, traceability, and compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and external audits.
- Manage the company’s document control system
- Receive, review, register, code, and distribute internal and external documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that current versions of documents are available to the corresponding areas and obsolete versions are properly removed.
- Coordinate the approval, review, and release process of documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain updated master lists of documents and records.
- Safeguard physical and/or digital documentation according to archiving and confidentiality policies.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying requested documentation.
- Monitor expiration dates of documents, certifications, or periodic reviews.
- Train and advise departments on the use of the document control system.
- Communicate actively and effectively with management, Corporate Quality and Senior Leadership, as-needed.
- Keep update training matrix
- Ensure quality reports on time
- Work according to the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9k, 45k, 14k, 27k, and 22301
Required Experience:
- Technical or professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality within a manufacturin environment
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 1400, ISO 45001)
- Electronic document management systems (DMS, SharePoint, SAP, etc.)
- Database and digital archiving management
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under procedures and regulatory frameworks
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Confidentiality and information integrity handling
- Fluency in English
