We are looking for Security Awareness Specialist to keep all Landis+Gyr employees on top of the security. On this role, you will be responsible for global awareness training sessions, role-based training sessions, project related security training sessions, and much more. In addition, this role also includes creating and presenting security to our customers and stakeholders. This includes continuously enhancing the security portal in the Landis+Gyr intranet in close alignment with Marketing and other stakeholders.

About your future job:

• Evaluate the requirements and needs related to Information Security and Cyber Security awareness and training via partnership with many internal teams.
• Define security awareness and communication goals dependent on actual situation within Landis+Gyr and considering external factors (actual threat landscape, new legislations, new technology like AI, etc.).
• Create security awareness training for all employees and for various roles within the organization.
• Create and provide security awareness trainings for contractors and 3rd party employees.
• Measure the training results and provide KPI and reports.
• Create and publish security newsletter, security news articles, and security alerts, which will be read in all Landis+Gyr sites around the world.
•  Maintain internal Security web portal and general security content on the Landis+Gyr external web portal: align with security and sales experts about what needs to be presented and with marketing experts on how to present it in the best way.
•  Enhance and keep actual the internal security document structure and the internal security Teams structure.
•  Lead or be a team member of various security related projects and initiatives.
• Partner with many different internal parties, including Privacy, Security, IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure high level of security being met.

About You:

• Relevant, extensive experience in the field of security, ideally working in or with Information Technology, Compliance Department, or Security Department.
• Experiences with security concepts and practices, e.g. ISO 27001, SSAE 18 / SOC or similar
• Experience in Security Awareness projects and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Global mindset and willingness to work partly early in the morning or end of business day
• Self-motivated, independent, and pro-active work style.
• Leading and participating in security related projects.
• Understanding of compliance methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of a cloud environment (like Google, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Security certifications (like CISM, CISSP) is a plus.
• Experience with 3rd party security is a plus.
