We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Desk / SAP Junior Consultant to join our growing EMEA SAP Competence Center based in Prague to support regional ERP business application support and change in response to business transformation. This is a critical capacity focusing on SAP Authorisations with opportunities to participate in major migration projects, and grow into senior roles within the fuction.

What will your day look like? Let's paint a picture.

• Assign roles to SAP user and related administration
• Maintain roles and authorisation objects
• Provide resolutions of cases related to autorisations and involving 2nd level support (SAP Application Management) as appropriate
• Facilitate problem solving, process build and organizational changes related to SAP initiatives
• Test new functions and changes before move to production
• Train and transfer knowledge to Key Users from other functions (internal customers)

How will you experience success with us? These are your secret ingredients

• University degree or informal professional qualification and experience
• At least 2-year experience from a similar SAP Service Desk role, or a related SAP function
• Relevant experience with SAP Authorization and understanding of processes related to SAP role maintenance
• Project experience - team member in projects, taking over responsibility for sub-projects / project phases
• Detail and process oriented, organized and analytic mindset
• Able to maintain good relationships with the business area, and to understand the effects on the business
• Conceptual, analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
• Experience working in multicultural environment and readiness to travel within Europe (on and ad-hoc basis, but less than 5%)
• Experience with SAP GRC is desirable but not a must
• Additional SAP trainings are of a big advantage
