As the HR Projects & Processes Specialist within the Global HR Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to key HR initiatives that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our global HR operations.

 

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

 

Project Governance and Coordination 

  • You develop HR HR project management principles and standards and support project managers in the application and use of various processes and tools.
  • You ensure accurate monitoring and tracking of priority projects and identify and eliminate possible risks with project managers while maintaining open communication with various stakeholders.  

  • You assist in the planning and execution of global HR projects.

 

HR Process Excellence

  • You actively drive the development of a global HR process framework in collaboration with the HR Corporate Centers and regional and local HR organizations. 

  • You play a key role in analyzing and assessing HR processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.

  • You implement improved global HR processes.

 

HR Annual & Sustainability Reporting 

  • You support HR sustainability reporting efforts and ensure that HR contributions make a meaningful impact on the organization's Annual and Sustainability Report.

 

HR Communication 

  • You ensure a standardized and branded approach to HR communication. 

  • You collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a communication approach that aligns with Global HR principles.

 

How You Convince Us

 

  • You have a bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant area.
  • You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in HR and a sound understanding of business process improvement methodologies, including experience of using process mapping tools.
  • You have proven project and change management capabilities.
  • You have relevant experience in multinational/multi-cultural organization and experience or interest with Project Portfolio management.
  • You possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to work independently with attention to meet time-sensitive goals in an ambiguous environment.
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Your excellent written and verbal communication skill in English complete your profile.
