We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in automating and optimizing our deployment processes. In this role, you will focus on designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized deployments, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure software releases. While you won’t directly manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions, a solid understanding of these areas is essential to work effectively with our Operational Technology (OT) and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with OT and Delivery teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based systems, providing support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
  • Work with Kubernetes and Helm to manage and configure containerized applications.
  • Assist with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices, working alongside teams using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable software releases.
  • Implement and follow security best practices, collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, optimizing development and deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with CI/CD, preferably GitLab, including pipeline design, configuration, and optimization.
  • Solid Linux administration skills, including server management, environment configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm for containerized deployments.
  • Understanding of GCP and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, collaborating with teams managing Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation and workflow improvements.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong Git knowledge and experience with version control best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with continuous monitoring and feedback systems to enhance CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.

We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. #EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.
