Key Responsibilities:

• Using your expertise, support the day-to-day work of the team, consisting of:
  • Processing and posting supplier invoices
  • Executing payments (suppliers, taxes, payroll …)
  • Facilitating intercompany AR/AP reconciliation and settlements
  • Reconciling customer & supplier statements, responding to inquiries
  • Executing customer overdue dunning runs
  • Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts
  • Performing balance sheet account reconciliation to keep accounts clean
  • Adhering to internal control systems in all activities performed
• Enable the team:
  • Work with local controllers to remove obstacles, improve local processes, and drive standardization
  • Bring technical issues and suggesting process improvements to the Process Owner
• Lead and develop the team:
  • Hire new members and managing absence coverage
  • Train, develop, coach

Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable Experience – At least 3 years, preferably in an SAP system environment
• Leadership Experience – Prior experience in a shared service delivery model strongly preferred
• Education – University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management preferred
• People-Oriented Approach – Ability to actively listen and inspire others
• Strong Work Ethics – Demonstrates respect, cultural sensitivity, and awareness
• Advanced English – Both written and spoken
