Within this role you will be part of the EMEA centralised Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team and you will help our organisation drive success by putting the right people in the right places. Within our team we’re focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience to position our Company as an Employer of Choice. 


As an EMEA Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist you can certainly make an impact by:


•    Carrying out the full life cycle of talent acquisition activities (e.g., job posting, CV screening, interviewing etc.) at different seniority levels and across different EMEA job functions and locations
•    Actively building talent pipelines for hard-to-find skills, niche and high demand roles where a focused proactive sourcing strategy is necessary
•    Partnering with EMEA hiring managers, HRBPs and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an excellent internal recruiting service in line with our business needs 
•    Delivering against short term and anticipated demand, identifying prospective candidates by researching, sourcing and engaging with talents by using digital and social media channels such as LinkedIn
•    Driving dedicated initiatives to foster our Employer brand and strengthen our candidates’ experience (e.g., LinkedIn dedicated job ads campaigns, refresh of LinkedIn Life Page, career portal etc.)
•    Monitoring and measuring internal recruiting KPI’s to evaluate ROI always with an eye on improvement as well as supervising external talent attraction and employer branding data (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed etc.) to elevate our brand experience

How will you experience success with us? These are your secret ingredients:

•    At least 3/5 years’ experience in similar roles within international and fast-paced companies
•    Ability to handle multiple EMEA job searches at the same time
•    Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting tools and practices to actively identify top candidates (InMail’s, Boolean search etc.)
•    Proficiency in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems such as SuccessFactors or willingness to learn
•    Excellent communication skills and a great teamwork attitude
•    Result oriented approach and focus on delivering with high quality standards
•    Fluency in English and German is a must
•    Speaking an extra language such as Finnish or another language is an advantage
