We are looking for experience Leader who will manage our EMEA SAP logistcis team and play a key role in SAP Production&Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) environments within EMEA SAP landscape. As EMEA SAP Leader you will be responsible for implementation of processes in the most effective way, ensuring that business requirements are analyzed and implemented, you will also contribute to strategic projects and support transition from regional ECC landscape to a S/HANA. 

About your future job:

• Lead Internal SAP logistics environment (40%), spearhead SAP logistics, production planning, and materials management within EMEA's landscape.
• Design and Customize SAP Applications, develop tailored SAP Logistics, Production Planning, and Material Management systems.
• Drive workshops to define and establish robust SAP Logistics processes and standards.
• Investigate requirements and solutions, analyze operational needs, innovate solutions, and improve automated processes.
• Engage stakeholders, consult, and align regionally for a unified global S/4HANA strategy.
• Provide second level support in cooperation with business key users and service desk, test new functionalities and lead trainings.

• Lead the high-performance EMEA SAP logistics team (30%) 
• Be part of global ERP leadership team, foster IT resource planning processes, efficiency and optimization.
• Ensure support across all ERP instances and actively engage in a global S/4HANA SAP CCOE, driving innovation and excellence.
• Business engagement, projects & solution (20%),  engage closely with business process owners, analyze stakeholders requirements, and identify solutions..
• Lead projects across multiple domains, validate solution proposals, and coordinate external partners/consultants.
• Architecture, Design, Technology (10%), drive SAP Logistics strategy, including future S/4HANA initiatives.
• Analyze business needs, design technical solutions for SAP logistics and translate IT requirements, project priorities, and conduct feasibility studies for new requests.

About you:

• Extensive experience in customizing SAP PP/MM and SD applications within an international environment and good knowledge of business process integration and value chain
• People management experience and very good social and communication skills
• SAP Project Management experience with conceptual and analytical working
• Good team player and leader, be able to collaborate with both external parties and people within the business.
• Capability to communicate with users in the region EMEA. 
• Readiness for continuous further training and eagerness to learn about development of products and programmes
