Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of and support the development and execution of our comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to increase our internal hiring capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner’s and leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and processes as well as the operational excellence in their execution.
  • Further optimization of the recruitment process according to global standards and regional needs to improve efficiency, outcome and candidate experience.
  • Conduct talent market research to stay informed of industry trends and provide insights for strategic planning, talent acquisition concepts and hiring.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Focus on building and maintaining a talent pipeline for key positions by developing strategies to attract potential candidates even before roles become available.
  • Start implementing the usage of Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Support the Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement TAS/recruitment technologies and tools that support strategic talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support Cultural Alignment: Ensure that talent acquisition strategies align with the company’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Conduct enablement trainings for HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers: Support the development and execute training sessions to improve efficiency and quality along the recruiting process, e.g., direct sourcing techniques, interviewing skills and the like.
  • Support the creation and activation of concepts beyond talent acquisition in the area of organizational-, people- and cultural development.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, conceptual and operational work.
  • Understanding of strategic planning and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with talent acquisition technologies and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
