Deputy Manager/ Manager - Human Resources

Role : Dy Manager \ Manager, HR (HRBP)

Qualification required : Full Time MBA (HR)

 

Experience : 8 to 14 years (flexible with experience if the candidate has strong profile like good experience or tier 1/2 college)

This role is an excellent opportunity for driving  L&D initiatives and work closely with the business to drive business objectives. The candidate is expected to work with global teams and will be reporting to the Head of HR for the Center at NOIDA. Immediate joiners are preferred.

 

  1. Training & Development:
    1. Complete lifecycle management of Soft skill, Technical, Compliance Trainings and Leadership Development programs.
    2. Ensuring execution of Global Training Initiatives.  
    3. MIS & Reporting and Audit of T&D
    4. LMS knowledge , Should have hands on experience in
  2. Special Projects & Reporting
    1. Policy and Process
    2. Driving special and projects
    3. TM&D Dashboards, MIS and Reporting
  3. HRBP – responsible for 300 to 400 employees and managing the following :

 

  • Ensuring Talent Availability for the BUs
  • Driving Talent Management, Engagement and Development Initiatives in the BUs
  • Employees Connects, Skip level and Leadership Connects.
  • Ensuring T&D needs are met of the BUs
  • Organizing R&R Town halls of the BUs
  • Act as a lynchpin between BUs and HR Teams by periodic sync up with BU heads and HR COEs
  • Driving Engagement and Fun@work activities in the BUs
  • Driving PMS, and PIP for the BUs
  • Employee Grievance and Disciplinary action   
  • Preparing various HR Dashboards to reflect BUs Talent Health
