Technical lead, Cloud Network Administrator (GCP)

This position is responsible for maintenance, operational support, and issue triage of customer facing and internal data networks, network security, WAN connectivity.

 

Must requirements- Preferably Google Cloud Platform

Google Cloud Platform /Azure Cloud Platform network design, deployment, administration, and support, VPC, Cloud DNS, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud Armour, Cloud NAT, Cloud connectivity.

GCP /Azure Firewall administration & support (Check Point, Palo Alto)

Network monitoring setup and continuous improvement

Use of CI/CD tools/platforms

IaaC (Terraform) hands on experience.

 

Purpose and Objective  

  • Provide hands-on design, deployment, support and operations for Cloud Networks and firewalls

  • Troubleshoot incidents related to networks and firewalls, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures

  • Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity

  • Preserve assets by ensuring CMDB compliance, implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures and information security and control structures

  • Write and maintain documentation describing changes and modifications

  • Ensure efficient operations of Cloud OT infrastructure that meets all committed SLAs, focusing on network and firewall-related elements

  • Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers

  • Support and adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy

  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

  • Maintain and develop own skills and capabilities to meet the future requirements of Company’s vision and strategyUr
