Purpose and Objective Python developer

•            Collaborate with the backend & frontend teams around the Smart Charging engine & inventory management.

•            Develop unique and valuable features for everyone involved in the core of our

System.

•            Build the very best UX that seamlessly makes it natural and easy to Smart Charge and makes it easy to do roaming on the go.

•            Take responsibility for the features during the whole software development life cycle.

Key Performance Indicators       

 Python’s asynchronous ecosystem: FastAPI, aiohttp, SQLAlchemy async mode, aiohttp, etc., pytest, PostgreSQL,  RabbitMQ with aio-pika,  Redis , GitLab CI , Docker + Kubernetes.

Core Areas of Responsibility/ Accountability       

•            You are at home in Python’s asynchronous ecosystem (FastAPI, aiohttp, SQLAlchemy async mode), Linux & in the cloud.

•            You know the software testing principles & can contribute to tests on different levels of the test pyramid.

•            You know your way around PostgreSQL, Redis & Docker, extra credit for Kubernetes experience.

•            You have a DevOps mindset & an understanding of a good software development life cycle, from clarifying requirements to monitoring live environments.

•            Your experience enables you to research and develop solutions as well as operate them yourself. You adhere to software craftsmanship rules and, at the same time, have an anti-dogmatic approach to good ideas, DDD, TDD, FP and similar abbreviations

Required Experience

•            You have experience from the energy industry, preferably have worked with EVs before.

•            Be a team player and don't be afraid to present your ideas/suggestions.

•            Be able to justify your opinions & compromise with the other team members.

•            You have worked in a mutli-national environment with English being the primary communication language.

•            You are proactive in taking responsibility, understand the purpose of deliveries and make sure to ask all relevant questions and engage in solution finding.

•            You commit to deadlines and deliver, taking ownership of your work.

•            You can easily work in a remote-friendly environment.

Educational / Professional or Vocational Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/MCA with 7+ Years of Experience
