Process Lead , Project Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our Global Project Management Office (PMO) team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating processes, enhancing governance, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization globally.


Responsibilities : 

Process Coordinations : 

•    Coordinate and oversee the execution of global processes within the PMO.

•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to established processes.
Governance Enhancement:
•    Contribute to the development and improvement of governance frameworks and policies.
•    Implement governance best practices to ensure project success and compliance.
Global Collaboration:
•    Collaborate with PMO and R&D stakeholders globally to understand their process needs and challenges.
•    Facilitate communication and cooperation between different teams to enhance overall project efficiency.


Process Improvement:
•    Continuously assess and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
•    Propose and implement enhancements to optimize project management processes.


Monitoring and Documentation:
•    Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes and governance.
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and best practices.


Training and Support:
•    Provide training and support to team members on new and existing processes.
•    Act as a resource for process-related queries and issues.


Experience /Qualifications:
•    2-5 years of relevant experience in project management or process coordination.

•    Overall 6.5 to 9 years expereince with a proved ability to work as an Individual Contributor. Who is an handson professional.

        Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
•    Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating a strong personal drive to achieve goals.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
•    Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Open to work in Hybrid , 4 to 5 days working from office in NOIDA.
