Key Purpose / Areas of Responsibility:

This role requires to work on requirements from product management/ customers and to make timely delivery and effectively manage the project and people and quality

Location: Noida

Exp: 10+ years

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

People Management:

•            Manage one Functional Team that supports any one of the Cell/region

•            Manages a group of employees. Provide leadership and guidance to the teams.

•            Provide support for recruitment, training, performance management, etc.

•            Knowledge of industry best practices.

•            Hands-on, technically savvy, who has an good amount of hands-on technical experience and 

              people management skills.

Product and Project Management:

•            Support product development by enabling creative use of existing technology platforms and by

              encouraging new technologies where appropriate.

•            Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to execute the projects.

•            Plan and execute projects/products delivered within the Functional Team

•            Ensure Process compliance throughout the team

Stakeholder Interaction:

•            Work with other departments of the firm, such as HR, Finance, etc. on Group issues.

•            Work with regional stakeholders to understand the product/project needs, assign duties to

               team members and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Technical Competency:

•            3-5 years of Technical Leads experience with following technolocies – Dotnet framework,

              ASP.NET, C#, experience in developing web based applications, webservices OR in any similar

              technical stake like JAVA.

•            Should be able to understand design and architectural concepts and contribute to design

              decisions and technical reviews.

•            3+years in cloud related technologies . GCP is preferred.

•            Experience in leading the team in designing microservices.

•            PostgreSQL experience is a plus
