Promote and sell the organization's products and services  (AMI/Non AMI/any other) within an assigned geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business




  • Identifying new revenue opportunities, cross-selling existing products and introducing new products to the client Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinating with the various stakeholders in handling the process of tender quoting, samples testing ,software queries, inspections etc. till the time of delivery of the product. Handle post sales queries after delivery. Take measures to minimize LD
  • Timely collection of payment resulting in Improvement of Cash Flow and the working capital
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans. Prioritize and schedule activities so these targets are met
  • Customer Management by handling pre and post sales customer queries regarding the product. Providing technical support and handling technical issues.
  • Ensure 360 degree feedback for all after sales field technical issues
  • Provide leads for new contractors / agents . Maintain the records of the existing and make the work done by them keeping the deadlines of the project on mind
  • Competitor management-Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
