Job Description

Hardware Technician 

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Chip components (like package size 0201 0402etc.) soldering and desoldering properly
2. Familiar with different type ICs package and there soldering  and desoldering properly
3. Familiar with Electronic tools like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR meter, temperature sensor etc.
4. Familiar with MS office and other software tools like Programming tools for MCUs etc.
5. Electronics components understanding like ICs, resistance, capacitor, diode, transistor etc.
6. Component assembly on Bare board to complete the product PCBA assembly
7. Product manufacturing defects analysis and processes improvement Ideas  
8. Analyze and troubleshoot the failure at PCBA level and Product level (like Corrective and Preventive action for failure)
9. Zig preparation for setup like PCBA programming, Tamper devices etc.
10. Configure and maintain test setup equipment and component Inventory
11. Product level testing like Functional testing, calibration test & EMI EMC test etc.
12. Awareness of Environmental chambers test setups and Cross- functional teams collaboration
