- Coordinate all operational activities in Montluçon, including ISC/R&D/Quality/Sales, and ensure full alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations.
- Be the entity's legal representative before the local administration. 
- Provide full support to the business in order to achieve financial targets in line with the budget.  
- Coordinate supplier management, logistics, assembly and distribution activities, ensuring that our commitments to our customers are met in the most efficient way possible.  
- Designing, implementing and developing a culture of continuous improvement 
- Propose adaptations to the structure whenever necessary. 
- Communicate with people in French to share priorities and action plan. 
- Manage the works council (as chairman) with the HR department and support HR in their actions
- Contribute to creating a good social environment according to French law.
- Ensure that interfaces between departments are effective
- Leader/facilitator for management systems (ISO9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 22301).
- Ensure customer satisfaction (OTIF, Quality)
- Develop and motivate staff to perform at their best.
- Ensure transparent and timely reporting at regional level
- Monitor the proper implementation of the pollution resolution plan with the local authorities

The job is based on Montlucon.

More than 15 years' experience as an engineer in an international industrial company
At least initial experience in managing a legal entity (strategic thinking, social management, financial understanding and commercial approach).
Direct management of major international electronics suppliers is essential.
