- Coordinate all operational activities in Montluçon, including ISC/R&D/Quality/Sales, and ensure full alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations.

- Provide full support to activities in order to achieve budget-aligned financial goals. 

- Coordinate supplier management, logistics, assembly and distribution activities, ensuring that our commitments to our customers are met in the most efficient way possible. 

- Design, implement and develop a culture of continuous improvement

- Propose adaptations to the structure whenever necessary.

- Communicate with people in French to share priorities and action plan.

- Ensure that interfaces between departments are efficient

- Contribute to creating a good social environment according to French law.

- Leader/facilitator for management systems (ISO9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 22301).

- Ensure customer satisfaction (OTIF, Quality)

- Develop and motivate staff to reach their best level of performance.

- Ensure transparent and timely reporting at the regional level

Missions:

-As Head of Operations: Define, implement, operate and develop the operating activities in Montluçon.

- Coordinate all operational activities including SAI/R&D/Quality/Sales, and ensure full alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.

- Participate in the definition of the group strategy of the supply chain and operations, including manufacturing or purchasing, permanent or temporary staff and depth of activities.

- Work with the Montluçon and EMEA management team to continuously improve EMEA performance in terms of delivering the product portfolio to customers and continuously improving the customer experience.

- Define the supply chain budget in collaboration Head of Finance and group.

- Ensure that resources are aligned with business needs for his department

- Ensure the application of the group's directives and processes for his departement

- Ensure alignment of internal processes with the L+G Group's strategy and policy.

- Continuously review processes to ensure workflows, quality, and customer service are optimized against business goals.

- Ensure the development and retention of staff to meet commercial and operational commitments.

- Lead, support and develop the operations management team to ensure performance and delivery is optimised in areas of responsibility.

- Be responsible for the safety of personnel and working conditions

Essential

More than 15 years of experience as an engineer in an international industrial company

Direct management of major electronics suppliers internationally is essential.

Desired

Experience in design/development and introduction of new products in manufacturing

Intercultural experience. Open-mindedness and curiosity: possibility of working on international group projects.
