Customer Technical Support & Sales Support (M/F)

In the context of retirement, the customer technical support and sales support will be responsible for:

  • Provide proactive technical support to all customers (Export + France), by being the technical / commercial contact for Landis+Gyr France on the Group's entire portfolio of products/solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of information, responsiveness and technical assistance on products in the best conditions
  • Meet the needs of export customers and transform customer needs into orders for products and services for Landis+Gyr.
  • Define the products in the Group's range with the best export sales potential.
  • Assimilate the competitive advantages of L+G and define the specific configurations of the Group's products
  • Prepare offers and responses to calls for tenders on all Export projects, for validation by the Sales Director
  • Provide active support to the Customer Program Manager on the Product Management activity.
  • Offer, develop and deliver customer training when possible, from an availability point of view, and that it contributes to generating additional business.

 

The job is based at Montlucon (Allier).

Education/Skills:

Electronics engineering degree supplemented by a specialization in Sales/Commerce

Mastery of electronics, computer science and software

In-depth knowledge of the group's products/solutions

Written and oral English

Occasional trips are to be expected as part of the exercise of his mission to his clients or partners, whether in France or abroad.

 

Experience required:

At least 10 years' experience in a technical function (support, development, production) related to the company's business lines (metering and communications).

Demonstrated ability to understand a complex customer problem, to propose elaborate solutions, and to provide technical support to a sales team.

Experience in project management.
