CONTEXT:
In the context of retirement, the Customer Support & Sales Administration will be responsible for:
- Proactive technical support to all customers.
- Sales Administration (from order registration to invoicing) in the IT system (ERP=SAP),
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: ensuring that customers receive the highest quality, quantity and time of the best economic information, support and products that the Company can provide them in the context of current contracts and for new products
- Deliver technical training to customers
- Develop customer relations with LDCs and SEIs and RTEs, in coordination with the Head of Sales and the Technical Sales Manager,
- To ensure that the Company's departments receive the necessary elements for the short and medium term production of quality products and required quantities.
- Provide the Sales and Marketing Director with the elements to propose medium-long term sales budgets, and to monitor the status of orders and invoices on a day-to-day basis.
- Contribute to responses to calls for tenders
Interface with:
- The Supply Chain Department to guarantee the proper functional management of external logistics (packaging, shipping, transport, relations with customs services for overseas)
- The Finance Department for the follow-up of orders in connection with the budget (V100 and V300) and the analysis of variances.
The position is based in Montluçon.
Education/Skills:
Diploma (level + field of specialisation): Minimum Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, L2) in the commercial or technical sector
Knowledge of English

Minimum 5 years in the exercise of a commercial function. Experience in client negotiation, reporting and team monitoring.
