Main objective:         

To organize and supervise the performance of all work carried out in order to maintain the company's infrastructure and/or equipment in accordance with Safety, Health and Environmental objectives and standards.

Lead the maintenance team (infrastructure and production equipment).

Participate in defining control systems and resources.

Responsibilities:

- Organize, supervise and check the proper execution of work by external companies or internal resources

- Organizing preventive maintenance operations on the company's general equipment and infrastructure in accordance with schedules

- Organize and monitor statutory inspections

- Carry out corrective maintenance on the company's production and general equipment

- Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule for production equipment, in accordance with the defined intervals

- Consult suppliers of spare parts and/or equipment and ensure that they are supplied. Manage stocks of these parts.

- To be on call as required.

- Be responsible for collecting consumption data (water, electricity, gas, etc.) and waste.

- Be responsible for the disposal of various types of waste (paper, CIW, etc.)

- Be responsible for the disposal of various types of waste (paper, CIW, etc.)

- Participate in the continuous improvement process

- Manage the maintenance department (budget, organization, schedules, indicators, invoicing, timekeeping, team performance, procedures, etc.)

- Ensure the safety of workers in the department

3 years' higher education in industrial maintenance or a technical sector (electricity, mechanics)
