What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Seamlessly onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and set up for success.
  • Be the go-to HR contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support.
  • Maintain and update HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support learning & development initiatives to help employees grow and excel.
  • Ensure policies and processes align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Assist in rolling out regional and global HR programs tailored to the ANZ & SEA region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment law.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to a multinational corporate environment is a plus!
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
