We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Service Operator to join our Services and Solutions team in Jyväskylä.
 
In this role you’ll work in a team who has overall responsibility for our service operations providing metering services to our electricity, water and district heat provider customers. The service scope includes ensuring flawless operation of the entire service chain covering the metering devices, mobile connectivity, service platform and integrations towards the customer systems. The team also acts as a single point of contact to service customers via different support tools.
 
Your main tasks include ensuring the agreed service levels by proactive monitoring and service operations in accordance to defined service processes. In addition you’ll participate to the customer support process together with the support teams by efficient service request and incident handling and also being in direct contact with the customer when needed.
 
You have relevant degree in IT field or equivalent and you are interested in working service operations. Preferably you have some experience of server software, Oracle database and/or monitoring tools. Maybe you have already knowledge how to apply ITIL methods. You understand customer needs, SLA demands and maybe you also have experience on energy business. As we work in an international business you communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
 
You have a customer-oriented attitude, and you are able to adopt new technologies easily. As a person you are a team player and strongly committed to quality in everything you do. You approach things proactively and analytically and are interested in developing our internal service processes to bring efficiency to the operations.
