We are looking for a IoT Service Specialist to join our Service team in Jyväskylä.

About the role

As our IoT Service Specialist, you will be responsible for IoT connectivity services related topics for Landis+Gyr service and product offerings in EMEA region. The main scope is ensuring reliable mobile connectivity between the IoT devices such as electricity meters and the system environments.

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Handling and managing large IP based networks and their new orders
• Managing the existing mobile subscription inventory
• Managing sim card orders from mobile operators
• Invoice handling, including monthly invoicing of connectivity services
• Providing level 2 support for connectivity services
• Connectivity troubleshooting
• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders (customer projects, service & support teams and R&D)
• Providing and maintaining the required documentation and training

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Fluency at least in English language, Finnish appreciated
• Service-oriented attitude and ability to adopt new technologies easily
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and proactivity
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Relevant technical education
• Understanding of basic IoT Services and mobile network technologies
