Luna – which became a part of Landis+Gyr effective by 2022 - is the leading provider of smart metering devices for electricity, water and heat and associated software solutions for Turkey with headquarter located in Cigli - Izmir. As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 600 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.

What will your day/week look like with us:

• Manage warehouse & logistics operations effectively, systematically, and safely to ensure uninterrupted production and shipment processes.

• Maintain stock accuracy at a near 100% level and guarantee material flow in line with FIFO/FEFO principles.

• Ensure on-time and accurate shipments to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure full compliance with occupational health & safety standards.

• Keep team motivation and performance high to continuously improve efficiency.

• Regularly monitor stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc., to secure the achievement of targets.

• Managing inbound, storage, picking, shipment, and return processes.

• Planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring of warehouse staff.

• Conducting regular stock counts and inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy.

• Recording all warehouse transactions accurately and on time in ERP/SAP systems.

• Ensuring warehouse order, 5S practices, and occupational health & safety inspections.

• Securing on-time shipments with correct quantities and complete documentation.

• Monitoring and reporting warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc.).

• Actively participating in improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost optimization.

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:

• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related departments.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (experience with the WM module is a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).

• Experience in team management and leadership.

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

• English proficiency is an advantage.
