We’re looking for Sales & Marketing Specialist who will join our team in Cigli/Izmir.
What we look in candidates;
• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional qualification, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications or Public Relations
• Certificates in Marketing and Sales
• At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Researching domestic markets for new trends in the sector and adding new customers.
• Preparing sales forecasts by collaborating with existing customers, predicting potential sales in relevant markets and budgeting next year's sales target.
• Following up on relevant legislation and informing the PM team about new changes.
• Reporting domestic sales and annual sales target.
• Following up on due payments and ensuring collection.
• Developing existing customer relationships and identifying potential new customers.
• Taking necessary actions to increase sales volume.
• Understanding customer needs, offering appropriate products and solutions.
• Defining pricing strategy according to market conditions and offering the best prices considering the company's interests.
• Organizing regular customer visits throughout the year.
• Determining and organizing fairs to be attended, products to be exhibited, stand designs and advertising tools according to target markets.
• Working in coordination with the R&D department for all kinds of product development according to customer and market needs.
• Work in coordination with the planning unit to enter firm and estimated orders in SAP and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Read technical and administrative documents related to tenders, collect relevant documents from relevant units and prepare files.
• Interpret contracts and technical specifications of tenders and obtain approval from relevant units.
• Ensure accuracy of post-sale goods acceptance procedures.
• Conduct marketing and sales activities for the sale of Landis + Gyr meters and provide post-sale support.
