As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 600 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.

We’re looking for HR Business Partner who will join our team in Cigli/Izmir.
What we look in candidates;
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, diversity, performance management, country respective employment laws.
• Experience with handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Work experience in a multinational environment and fluent English is required.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department managers to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Advise on change management initiatives and help implement strategies to manage transitions effectively.
• Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment process for key positions, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for managers and employees to address employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and provide coaching on best practices.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure that company policies and values are consistently applied.
• Guide managers in implementing performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Assist in identifying performance gaps and supporting employee development programs to improve individual and team performance.
• Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with leadership to build programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and skills training.
• Support managers in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to HR best practices and legal requirements, managing risk and reducing legal exposure.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and provide insights to business leaders.
• Provide reports and recommendations based on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
• Support organizational change efforts, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, and assist with communication and employee support during transitions.
