About job

We’re looking for a new member to join our team who;

• Provides overall direction for the EHS function through the development of policies and procedures consistent with organizational objectives, requirements and standards.
• Identifies opportunities for EHS enhancement and lead the implementation of improvement activities.
• Maintains expert knowledge level regarding best practices, including existing and proposed environmental and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Develops and directs the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of activities in order to identify on an ongoing basis; new and/or previously undiscovered quality risks, environmental aspects and safety hazards.
• Develops methodologies to assess identified quality issues, environmental aspects and safety hazards from a risk-management perspective; for probability of occurrence, severity and cost.
• Develops and directs the implementation/communication of administrative and engineering controls for reducing/mitigating EHS risks in the work environment, relating to company processes, services and products.
• Responsible for promoting Process House progress and increasing awareness and use of the Process House across the organization.
• Implemented EHS related best practices in order to develop continually the maturity of the EHS management system and its business processes
• Train and maintain expert knowledge level regarding best practices, including existing and proposed environmental and occupational health and safety regulations.

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:

• 5+ years of similar experience
• Min. class B certificate
• Tracked record on process mapping and flow charting in the EHS systems
• Experience with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO 22301 (BCMS)
• Experience of working within Quality Management or Continuous Improvement function
• Knowledge of local environmental, health and safety regulations
• Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills
• Ability to co-ordinate the activities with multiple stakeholders across a multi-functional environment
