What will your day/week look like with us:

• Developing and implementing direct material purchasing strategies in line with production needs. 
• Supporting the creation of annual and monthly purchasing budgets, and conducting cost tracking and reporting.
• Reducing risks and gaining competitive advantage by exploring alternative supply sources.
• Establishing and developing strong business relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Conducting supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring processes.
• Auditing suppliers for quality, cost, delivery time, and continuity.
• Managing ordering processes for production inputs such as electronic, mechanical, and plastic parts.
• Creating, tracking, and reporting purchase orders through ERP systems. 
• Coordinating with relevant units in delivery, logistics, and customs processes.
• Leading the purchasing team, assigning tasks, and managing their performance.
• Instilling a culture of continuous improvement and optimizing processes.
• Working in effective communication and collaboration with production, quality, R&D, finance, and logistics departments. 
• Providing regular purchasing performance reports to senior management. 
• Taking an active role in and contributing to cost reduction projects.
• Fulfilling  KVKK obligations.
• Ensuring compliance with the rules set by the institution regarding the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and carrying out the ISMS responsibilities in the department.
• Fulfilling  and operate in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 quality management systems.

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:

• Graduated from related undergraduate programs such as Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics etc.
• At least 5 years of direct purchasing experience in manufacturing, 
• Experince in team management,
• Work experience in a multinational environment,
• SAP experience,
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• High flexibility, strong personality and eager to take initiative,
• Reliable work ethic,
• Highly motivated and problem solver with good communication skills.
