We’re looking for Accounting Specialist who will join our team in Cigli/Izmir.
What we look in candidates;
- 5 years+ experience in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in different sectors in large-scale organizations and multinational companies
- Ability to undertake tasks on strategic issues such as internal control systems and risk management
- Ability to use tools such as SAP -Excel at an advanced level
- Taken an active role in tax audits and compliance processes
- SMMM certification or pursuing it is an advantage
- Good command of English
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Issuing invoices on a daily basis, executing and filing the approval process
- Handling the records of e-invoice (e-Fatura), e-archive (e-arşiv) and paper invoices in SAP.
- Preparing monthly tax declarations (KDV, Muhtasar, Damga Vergisi, GEKAP etc.)
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
- Taking part in inflation accounting studies.
- Preparing and processing monthly reconciliations with suppliers and customers.
- Preparing the necessary documents for tenders.
- Accounting for import and export invoices.
- Monitoring and preparing depreciation schedules.
- Supporting other departments in accounting matters when necessary.
- Following-up of investment incentive invoices.
