Based to Gent, the customer service co-ordinator'missions are :
- Customer Order Processing
- Compare order to agreed quotation (if applicable).
- Enter order into SAP system.
- Vet order entry detail to minimise risk of incorrect product being produced.
- Apply for new part numbers, tariffs, label drawings etc as required.
- Obtain regular updated schedules from customers in relation to call-off agreements.
- Contract Management
- Have in depth understanding of contractual obligations & Company liabilities to the customer including delivery requirements, liquidated damages, batch sizes etc…
- Ensure contract liabilities are minimised
- Circulate and file all relevant contract correspondence as necessary.
- Communicate with Account Managers on relevant issues that impact on performance of the contract.
- Liaise & communicate with customer to ensure all their issues are understood and managed in an appropriate manner.
- Order Management
- Place purchase order for finished customer product with the appropriate external supply company ie. Celestica
- Expedite product from supply factory to meet customer requirements, in particular on-time delivery.
- Resolve all issues in relation to supply of finished product, escalating to the Account Manager if necessary.
- Office Systems / Processes / Reports
- Co-ordinate all office systems including customer / general correspondence filing and archiving (ensuring data is easily accessible as required).
- Provide and work to a set procedure for each designated contract.
- Prepare all required customer and management reports on time.
- Record, process and manage all customer complaints ensuring that “open” complaints are notified to the Account Manager if not dealt with in the correct timescale as detailed in the company procedures.
- Provide administrative support for other business areas as require
The candidate should be educated to a minimum of HNC / HND level within a Business related subject (or demonstrate relevant skill, knowledge and experience to perform role).
