Quality Analyst (SQA/MQA)

Purpose and Objectives:
Responsible to manage suppliers to achieve performance KPI’s and ensure defect free material supplied to L+G manufacturing aligned with on-time delivery.

Responsible for ensuring the internal manufacturing quality performance.

Responsible for the quality performance KPIs of the production environment to ensure defect free products to Landis+Gyr customers aligned with on-time delivery.

Responsible for suppliers and internal manufacturing corrective actions; and to assist with customer complaints.

Execute continuous improvement initiatives through trend management.

 

Required Experience:
Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or related areas.

Capable of reading and understanding technical documents.

Understanding and ability to apply manufacturing process control statistics (Control Charts, Cpk, SPC, MiniTab 6-Pack).

Manufacturing experience in Lean, Six-Sigma, DMAIC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Control plans, SCAR, Gage R&R.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Molding, Stamping, PCBA, Assembly, Testing, others.

Problem-solving skills and ability to drive to final resolution.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.

Ability to work independently.

Good spoken and written communication skills.

Advanced English.
