As an IT SOX Controls Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and compliance of IT General Controls (ITGC) across SAP, HR systems, and other financial reporting-relevant systems. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring SOX compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining robust IT control processes. By collaborating with IT teams, business process owners, and external partners, you will help strengthen our risk management framework and support the integrity of our financial reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of SOX-compliant IT controls and policies.
• Monitor IT change management processes to ensure control effectiveness post-change.
• Assist in internal and external SOX IT audits and ensure readiness across relevant systems.
• Track and resolve IT incidents and problems affecting ITGCs.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure compliance with L+G ITGC SOX requirements, including review of SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports.
• Identify and help remediate IT control deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management, ideally in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of ITGC, change management, audit support, and IT risk remediation.
• Familiarity with SAP and financial reporting systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
