Scheduling Project Coordinator

Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within /cross-functionally for PDO/SC to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The position will be involved in and lead a variety of projects related to Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment including supplier transfer, End of Life, New Product Introduction and Order Prioritization. This position will also be leading process improvement initiatives and short term small cross functional activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure the Product Delivery Organization/Supply Chain needs are surfaced and met.
  • Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
  • Communicating with executives to project goals and provide status updates.
  • Relationship building and being able to solve problems independently.
  • Develop and/or support continuous improvement, process improvement and lean business practices within the Supply Planning and Operations team.
  • Provide backup support for order scheduling.
  • Supports and adheres to Company’s core values.
  • Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Supports and adheres to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
  • Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.


Education & Experience
Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ to 5


Desired Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Individual must possess and demonstrate technical aptitude, ability to manage multiple projects and have excellent communication skills.  


Required/Desired Certifications

  • Understanding of business fundamentals – roles of various departments in the organization: marketing, sales, economics, manufacturing, business management, engineering.
  • Able to manage priorities and multi-task.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Possess and demonstrate technical aptitude.
  • Effectively demonstrate the principles of logistics management.
  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP 


Desired knowledge: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Power BI, Tableau
