Job Summary
The sales operations analyst is responsible for supporting current and future sales initiatives. The role will directly support sales and operational management by ensuring reporting requirements are met, facilitating weekly data updates, coordinating material forecasts, and ensuring the data within our CRM system is continually updated and accurate. The ideal candidate is an energetic and detail-oriented team player with strong communication and data analytics skills that is interested in an opportunity with a market leader in the dynamic, high growth “smart grid” space. Key Responsibilities
• Ensures timely analysis and maintenance of sales opportunity data
• Analysis of contracts to ensure leads and other applicable upsell opportunities are loaded to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Partners with leadership to define, monitor, and report sales and operational performance metrics
• Leads and supports initiatives focused on improving productivity and efficiency throughout the DTO organization
• Supports testing of CRM functionality (PROD and UAT) during IT sprints/upgrades
• Partners with supply chain, finance, customer delivery, and sales to ensure demand forecasts are continuously maintained
• Provides direct user training and maintenance of supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Manages the collection, reporting and dissemination of sales leads
• Maintains customer profiles In CRM during the customer lifecycle
• Assesses CRM records and provides additional support as needed during DTO-OTA and OTA-ATR handoffs
• Maintains account associations between IT systems for CRM customer accounts
• Attends and supports sales pipeline reviews with sales managers and third-party partners
• Evaluates third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations integration as needed
• Assists in customer facing events as needed

• Microsoft Excel Intermediate level skills
• PowerBI
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree, MBA in business administration preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements/Safety/PPE/OHSAS:
• Working Conditions: Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Occasional use of other devices such as: phone, copier/printer/fax, etc.
• Driving Status: Up to 6 times/year
• Physical Requirements: Typical office setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English. • Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSAS-18001 Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies. Pay is in the range of $61,600 - $89,305 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
