Job Summary:


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management. The HR Manager will lead key functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy development, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Manager also acts as a Business Partner to their assigned Business Units, providing guidance and insights to ensure the priorities while aligning for a positive people experience and strategy.

 


Key Responsibilities:


•    Partnering with the entire HR team, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•    Participate in the hiring and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.  Also, be an active participant in the interview process for open roles in the businesses that are supported
•    Manage and improve performance management systems and employee development programs.
•    Foster a positive working environment and company culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
•    Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
•    Develop/update and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
•    Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations, and provide guidance to managers and staff.
•    Manage compensation planning in coordination with supported leadership.
•    Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time to hire) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
•    Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
•    Provides training to Managers and employees in topics that may be sensitive in nature, 
•    Works with the Benefits dept. to ensure employees have resources on Benefits and Leave policies/administration.
•    Creates materials and Presents to Employees for HR Office hours to keep remote populations up to date on company information
•    Partners with Immigration team to ensure compliance and proper administration of Immigration laws.
•    Will be involved in various projects including Employee Engagement initiatives, Change Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
•    Audit data and supports with systems data remaining clean.
•    This is a role up your sleeves HR Manager role and can be both strategic and tactical in nature.

 

 


Qualifications:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 
•    Experience with a remote workforce required.
•    Must have experience with HRIS systems (Success Factors, Workday, etc.) as well as ADP
•    5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
•    In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and HR systems.
•    Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
•    Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
•    PHR of SHRM- CP a plus

Pay is in the range of $94,000 - $146,851 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
