Key Purpose of Role职位描述：

Responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management of the company's products, optimizing the entire process of procurement, production, warehousing and logistics, Customs business management, ensuring the efficient and low-cost operation of the supply chain, and supporting the achievement of business strategic goals. 负责公司产品端到端供应链管理，优化采购、生产、仓储及物流全流程，海关业务管理, 确保供应链高效、低成本运行，支持业务战略目标达成。 

Key Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Analyze and establish the best practice and standard lead time of each sub-process in customer delivery process from order intake till customer goods acceptance.根据不同客户的交付流程，分析并建立从订单到收货的最佳操作和标准交付时间。
2. Analyze and monitor the supply chain performance based on the established standard and look for continuous improvement基于既有标准，分析并监控供应链工作，寻求持续改善。
3. Conduct regular performance review with different functional teams including Production, Engineering and Quality etc. to understand the critical issues which serious impact to supply chain performance.定期与生产，工程，质量等部门评审绩效，了解影响供应链工作的重要事件。
4. Conduct regular forecast, contract review and order execution with sales and order management team to ensure continuous improvement of supply chain performance by adopting new delivery solutions.定期与销售、合同管理部门检讨预测、合同和订单执行情况，采用新的供应方案，确保供应链工作的持续改善。
5. Recommend and implement KPI for respective functional teams to contribute to successful supply chain management给不同的部门推荐并执行相应的KPI，确保有效的供应链管理。
6. Responsible for controlling and managing supply chain costs, reducing supply chain costs and improving efficiency. 负责对供应链成本进行控制和管理，降低供应链成本，提高效益。
7. Responsible for supervising inventory management to ensure that inventory levels and product quality meet requirements负责监督库存管理，确保库存水平和产品质量符合要求。
8. Work with Production team to arrange mid-term/weekly production plan.与生产部门协做制定中期/周生产计划。
9. Work with customs and pay attention to relevant policy and regulation to ensure operation compliance with the rules 紧密关注海关法律法规确保日常操作符合规定。
10. Team building and team member capability improvement 团队建立和团队能力的提升
11. Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他职责

Requirements:任职要求：

1. Bachelor's Degree and Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering-related major供应链/工业工程相关专业大学以上
2. 8+ Years of SCM management relative working Experience 8年以上供应链管理相关工作经验
3. Master the operational procedures and management standards of procurement, inventory management, logistics and distribution; be familiar with supply chain management software and information systems.掌握采购、库存管理、物流和分销等环节的操作流程和管理规范；熟悉供应链管理软件和信息系统
4. Have experience in international trade practices and be familiar with the compliance requirements for imports and exports. 具备国际贸易实务经验，熟悉进出口合规要求
5. Can work under great pressure and work with fast-pace; 能承受工作压力及快节奏
6. Fluent English 英语听说读写流利
