About the Role

Passionate about storytelling and sustainability? Ready to lead campaigns that make a real impact in clean energy?

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Thundergrid team on a full-time basis, to lead the charge in amplifying our brand’s presence in the EV and energy market.
From driving integrated marketing strategies and crafting compelling stories from complex technical solutions, to leading social media campaigns, managing key partnerships, and delivering high-impact events – you will shape how the market sees us and position Thundergrid as a leader in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and customer acquisition.
• Translate technical solutions into engaging stories for diverse audiences.
• Manage social media campaigns to boost engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
• Coordinate contractors, agencies, and freelancers for successful campaign delivery.
• Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and manage media relations.
• Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO and paid advertising.

About You

• Minimum 3 years in marketing within the energy or cleantech sector.
• Proven ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and manage LinkedIn strategies.
• Strong social media skills and storytelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of SEO and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot (preferred).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
