IAM (Identity & Access Management) Specialist

Position Summary

The IAM Specialist is responsible for driving the successful implementation and ongoing maturity of the Identity and Access Management space.  This position will design and develop and assist and in implementing IAM solutions in our diverse corporate and cloud environments.  This position will partner with internal groups and vendors to deliver IAM services that balance security and business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support global identity and access management solutions.
  • Provide direction, task assignment, and technical oversight to team members on the use, setup, and process around identity and access management.
  • Provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Privileged access management (PAM) including account discovery and vaulting, least privilege, session management and recording, and endpoint privilege management.
  • Centralized identify and access governances supporting security and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop scripts to automate account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification onboarding, and bulk account attribute configuration.
  • Leverage functionality provided by enterprise directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, etc.

 

Education & Experience

Minimum qualifications

  • College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years leading IAM projects and/or teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Clearskye a plus.
  • Experience with cyber security concepts, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with compliance concepts and an understanding of the role IAM plays in compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in analyzing logs and identifying problems with authentication and authorization.
  • Familiarity with common Unix and Windows utilities, diagnostic, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues configured with various web servers on Unix and Windows environment.
  • Scripting experience.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires occasional work on flexible schedule to work with International teams.
