The Site Controller, Reynosa is responsible for leading, directing and controlling all financial resources of the Reynosa assembly plant and shared services center, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance and strategic support for executive level decision making. This role contributes directly to the financial planning, investment evaluation and economic sustainability of the organization.
Oversees all financial functions of the local business unit, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, expense control, capital planning and investments. As a key member of the local leadership team, you will provide strategic financial analysis, ensure accounting and regulatory compliance, and establish strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in both Spanish and English languages. In addition, you will need to lead and develop a team of finance professionals, promote a culture of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

•    Direct and oversee all financial activities of the plant, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and cost analysis.
•    Ensure compliance with local and international accounting, regulatory and tax principles.
•    Develop strategic financial plans aligned with corporate and operational objectives.
•    Evaluate investments, capital expenditures, divestitures and asset sales.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions and external auditors.
•    Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports.
•    Lead, direct and develop the Finance team, promoting high-level performance and professional development.
•    Participate in strategic business decision making as a member of the local leadership team.
•    Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls and financial policies.
•    Collaborate with other areas to optimize the operational and financial efficiency of the plant.

Required Skills:

Education and experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; preferably with a master’s degree in finance or MBA.
•    10+ years of experience in financial leadership positions, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
•    Proven experience in budget management, financial planning, investment control and financial reporting.
•    In-depth knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
