The Shipping Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating daily shipping activities, ensuring the accurate preparation, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods. This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to guarantee compliance with shipping requirements, trade regulations, and company standards. The Shipping Specialist ensures shipments are processed efficiently and contributes to continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Coordinate daily shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and loading of goods for transport.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Verify compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
• Support import/export activities and assist in customs clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions in ERP and logistics systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure shipping schedules are met.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to shipments, documentation, or carriers.
• Identify opportunities to optimize shipping costs and improve efficiency.
• To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of shipping procedures, logistics operations, and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interact with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle shipping issues under pressure.
• Basic understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms).
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and compliance with regulations.
• Guarantee on-time delivery of products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain updated records and documentation of all shipments.
• Provide accurate and timely communication regarding shipment status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shipping process.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or related areas.
• Experience with import/export documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
