Global IT Client Services Security Analyst (temporary)

The Global Client Services Security Analyst / Level 2 Support, Client Services, will carry out activities to prevent and remediate vulnerabilities and threats on client facing systems including workstations and mobiles. To work closely with the Global IT organization and Global IT Security teams to ensure systems (including workstations and mobile devices) are up to date from a patching and OS level. There should be a constant focus on continuous improvement, documentation and escalate where appropriate with follow up. Escalation point for the Client Services L1 support team for "Security Incidents" as well as implementer of Policy Exceptions requests for client facing systems. To work closely with the Global Client Services Security Lead and the Global IT Security team to deliver new technologies and functionalities that impact end use computer security which includes worksations and mobile devices.


  • Monitor vulnerable items in Service Now. Remediate or coordinate remediation actions for active vulnerable items
  • Monitor and action approved Security Policy Exceptions impacting Client Services
  • Remediation of vulnerabilities within identified SLA's
  • Contribute to the technical knowledge base and ensure accuracy of articles contributed
  • Contribute to global forums and projects as a representative for Client Services
  • Will act as an escalation point for security related issues with are quite complex and cannot be handled by first and second level support
  • Virus/malware removal activities as needed
  • Keeps abreast of emerging threats and understands the potential impact to corporate workstation class systems
  • Documents technical support issues
  • Answer, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve escaledted Security Related service desk tickets
  • Determines root cause of escalated Security incidents or problems; devises and implements corrective actions and provides appropriate training and KB articles
  • Be customer focused and build collaborative relationships
  • Works with security tools, such as Nexpose, ServiceNow etc.
  • Works with Global Client Services Security Lead to improve automated patching and remediation of vulnerabilities are functioning as expected, with a focus on continual improvement
  • To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) including ISO 9K, 14K, 18K, 27K, and 22301

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience assisting users/customers
  • Proven service desk experience
  • Experience in Cyber Security, certificiations strongly preferred
  • Experience with desktop/server operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • Experience in managing Windoes Administrative tools (AD Users and Computers, Group Policy Management, DHCP, and DNS)
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) 

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of vulnerability remediation in a similar environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills - Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with the written or spoken word
  • Exposure to multi-domain, multi-site networks
  • Familiarity with Dell, Lenovo, and/or Toshiba hardware
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Proactive "can do" attitude
  • Security Certifications a plus
