This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Role Overview

Team lead and responsible for the overall operation, development, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, O365), MS CRM system and various PowerApps. This role ensures that these applications effectively support business processes and strategic objectives

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, consult on possible solutions and translate into technical design
  • Ensure user experience to be fast (performance) and easy (navigation, content)
  • Applications integration in line with cross-functional business processes
  • Stakeholder engagement – close collaboration with business leaders (member of the EMEA architecture board and contact for BU Energy Solutions)
  • Research technology on an ongoing basis to determine possible improvements > Continuous improvements
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders globally
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Skilled in both advisory and technical implementation
  • Collaborative mindset to work across departments and functions

 

Profile

  • Degree in business IT, business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Driven, solution-oriented and pro-active work approach combined with a positive can do attitude
  • Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skills and attention to details
  • Sound knowledge of support, project and process management
  • Readiness for continuous further training and to keep up-to-date about the developments of products and programs
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Project management skills
