We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Analyst in Landis+Gyr organization - this role combines solid ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM skills, with experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. This position will also be a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related subjects.

Your future responsibilities:

•    Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability.
•    Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects.
•    Lead instance cloning activities.
•    Create and maintain the required internal ServiceNow documentation.
•    Manage and Commit update sets.
•    Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups.
•    Execute the platform maintenance tasks defined on internal documents.
•    Resolve platform related Incidents.
•    Implement and support the required ServiceNow integrations.
•    Implement changes and support the ITSM solution.
•    Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members.
•    Be a backup person to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities.

Our Expectations:

• Relevant years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration and ServiceNow Integrations
• Skilled in ServiceNow ITSM support, ServiceNow GRC
• Relevant experience with ServiceNow CMDB configuration and management
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery 
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Very good interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills
• Fluent English
